The Six Secrets of Successful Marketing
A six-point strategy for creating and sustaining an energized employee engagement program.

Marketing and promotion is the key to sustaining an employee involvement program.  Keeping employees interested and involved takes time and effort, but not necessarily a lot of money!

This program will guide you on how to keep your program energized and, most importantly, a viable contributor to your company's bottom line. Included will be a description of what goes into a marketing plan. How to target messages to specific audiences, how to create fun, inexpensive promotions that deliver results and how to utilize management in supporting your program.

Examples of promotions from a variety of organizations will be included and published in a post-session CD that will be offered at no extra charge to all session attendees.

The session will be held on Wednesday, July 30, and will be hosted by Jim Spengler and Metroparks of the Toledo Area.  Registration fee is $395.
