Internationally Recognized Professional Certifications

The Employee Involvement Association's primary objective in providing a certification program is to improve the image, role and effectiveness of suggestion system administrators and managers.

There are two levels of professional certification available to EIA members.

Certified Administrator of Suggestion Systems (CASS)
Certified Employee Involvement Specialist (CEIP)
