Internationally Recognized Professional Certifications

The Employee Involvement Association's primary objective in providing a certification program is to improve the image, role and effectiveness of suggestion system administrators and managers.

There are two levels of professional certification available to EIA members.

  • Certified Administrator of Suggestion Systems (CASS)

  • Certified Employee Involvement Specialist (CEIP)
