Competition Rules
1. The closing date for entries is June 6, 2003.
2. The judges have absolute discretion, and their decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. They reserve the right to award prizes only if entries reach a required standard.
3. All entries must be submitted as a typewritten document using the enclosed entry format. FIVE copies of all entries must be submitted including any supporting documentation (photographs, drawings, statistical information, spreadsheets, technical reports, managerial letters showing the impact of the evaluations, press releases, etc). Supporting documentation should be limited to no more than three or four items.
4. All entries must be submitted by the employing organization
5. Finalists are encouraged to attend the EIA Conference and Awards banquet but it is not mandatory.
6. EIA may publish details of any evaluator's work.
7. There is no entry fee for members of EIA.
8. EIA will acknowledge receipt of all entries.
All entries must arrive in the EIA office on or before June 6, 2003
