Opening Reception
Join us Tuesday evening for an Indian Adventure as the members of EIA gather around the campfire for an evening of story telling, star gazing, and indulging in the real tastes of the Southwest. The dramatic garden courtyard is so unique; combining a Pacific-blue sand beach pool, tropical torch-lighted main pool, and a rambling Mediterranean Lagoon. As the sun splashes behind the mountains, the outdoor fireplaces are lit to make the evening as pleasant as the sun soaked days.
Breakfast Buffet
Before opening session on Wednesday you are invited to a breakfast buffet, included in your registration fee, where exhibitors will have three minutes at the microphone to give you a preview of the many products and services that are new to the industry since last we met. You may then meet up with all exhibitors in the Ideas Center during breaks and at lunch throughout the conference.
Tours
Explore the beautiful Sonoran Desert on a guided jeep tour, on horseback or from high above in a hot air balloon. If water is what you�re looking for, try jet-skiing, river rafting, or a relaxing float down the Salt or Verde Rivers. And if you prefer golf � six of the top 100 American golf courses are located in North Scottsdale alone. The concierge at the hotel is wonderful to work with, and will be able to help you plan your off-site tours or golf games with ease. Most tour companies offer free pickup and delivery of guests to the hotel.
