The Idea Center features the latest products and services in the industry and provides the perfect opportunity for you to meet conference attendees and establish qualified prospects. Exhibit Space
The Idea Center will be located in the same space where the breaks and lunches are served, near the meeting space and conveniently located for maximum traffic and exposure.

We are offering tabletop space for all exhibits in Scottsdale. The cost of the tabletop and space is $150. Your space will include an 8 x 10 area with one or two tables, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, an identification sign (if needed), and a pre- and post-conference listing of conference attendees. Electricity and/or telephone service will be available at an extra cost to the exhibitor. This service can be ordered from the hotel.
As an extra bonus to exhibitors, all attendees will receive a coupon book in their registration packet to serve as their ticket to win a prize by stopping by your booth and depositing their ticket in your container. This coupon will then serve as a resource for you with contact information for all who stop by your booth.
As an extra special bonus to exhibitors, EIA will provide time at breakfast on Wednesday to give each exhibitor a 3-minute time at the microphone to briefly tell the audience about the new products/services you have to show them at your booth. EIA will schedule the time for your presentation, and the 3-minute time frame will be strictly adhered to.
Registration
Each exhibitor will be able to bring a second person to conference to staff the booth with only a single registration fee ($750 for members: $940 for non-members.) The registration fee includes the Tuesday night opening reception and all meal tickets for both attendees. The second attendee must be a bone fide employee of your company.
Sponsorship
Get even more exposure at the conference by sponsoring or co-sponsoring an event � breakfast, lunch, reception, dinner, etc. There are two levels of event sponsorship
Dreamcatcher sponsorship - $250
Your company name will be listed in the Conference Program, displayed in a prominent area throughout the conference; and your 1/4 page ad will run in two issues of the EIA Newsletter.
Kokopelli sponsorship - $500
Your company name will be listed in the Conference Program, displayed in a prominent area throughout the conference, and your 1/2 page ad will run in four issues of the EIA Newsletter and be listed on the EIA web site as a conference sponsor for six months.
