EIA2 ...What is it?

A powerful network of EIA members who are willing to share their expertise in specific areas of employee involvement -- teams, training, quality, reward and recognition, suggestion programs and much, much more! It is vital that Employee Involvement professionals stay on top of the latest techniques and programs in today's fast-paced, rapidly changing business world. EIA2 provides a computerized information network that makes it easy for members to share and gather expertise on a wide range of important topics.

Becoming an EIA2 peer coach means you have solid experience in EI programs and results and that you are willing to share what you have learned with others. Empowering people by raising their horizons to the second power is what the network is all about!
