The Spring CASS Training Class was held April 16-18, 2002 in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL. Eight EIA members participated in the class taught by Tom Jensen. One attendee of the class had the following to say about her experience:

"The training class was very informative and covered the material required for the certification test. The notebook given to each student clearly explained the terminology used, and included the key elements for making a suggestion program a success. The class was beneficial for the novice, as well as those who have been in the business for many years. Group discussions held were enjoyable, and provided practical knowledge from the attendees first hand experiences." -Kathy Benson, BAE Systems.
