The Carolinas Chapter of the Employee Involvement Association (EIA) was chartered in August 1998. 

The Michigan Chapter of EIA is dedicated to helping those interested in finding or providing solutions in the Employee Involvement arena.  Many members come from the Suggestion arena and offer many, many years of experience and expertise.
