Call for Nominations
Response required by May 31, 2003

The Nominating Committee of the Employee Involvement Association seeks candidates for service on the Board of Directors. Following is the criteria for these candidates:

Must have employee involvement experience and tenure as an EIA member.
Must have the commitment of your management/organization.
Must have time to commit to EIA - there can be up to three Friday - Saturday or Sunday - Monday meetings per year and a one and one-half day meeting prior to the Annual Conference.
Should be in a position of influence within your organization.
Must be able to devote two to three hours per week to Board responsibilities.
The candidate´s support from management of this kind of involvement in terms of time and expense.

If you know of someone who should be considered by the Nominations Committee, or if you are interested in serving yourself, please fill in the requested information below and either mail or fax this form to the EIA office for receipt no later than May 31, 2002.
