
Pre-Conference Workshops
This workshop is designed for professionals new to suggestion and employee involvement
idea programs or representatives of organizations who are considering the implementation
of such a program. You will learn how to begin a program, how to implement and administer
it, and how to evaluate it.
In this workshop you will learn how to: identify the pros and cons of a suggestion; do
a simple cost analysis; write an evaluation study; motivate and recognize evaluators; and
find available resources to improve the evaluation process.
A half-day review for members who have applied for certification and received their
study materials. The test will be given at the completion of the review. Registrants must
complete their certification application prior to August 14 to register for this workshop.
