The Headquarters hotel is the Caribe Royale Resort Suites, Villas and Convention Center. This distinguished oasis is the only one of its kind to offer all-suite accommodations together with luxury villas and a regional convention center, making it the consummate destination for business, pleasure or a little of both. You will enjoy the comfort and conveniences of a spacious and elegantly furnished two-room suite. All suites are equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, 2 television sets, 2 telephones with data ports, in-suite safe, hairdryers and irons with boards. Both hotels feature a complimentary full American breakfast buffet served daily. The Buena Vista Suites is located just across the parking lot from the Caribe Royale.

EIA special rate is $129 + applicable taxes/fees � queen double, standard king.

$149 + applicable taxes/fees � king deluxe.

$249 + applicable taxes/fees � executive suite , villas.

Cut-off date for the special rate is August 16, 2000. Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in will be accommodated if suites are available. Guest Service will provide luggage storage.

A small block of suites is available at the Buena Vista Suites at the Government per diem rate of $75 + applicable taxes/fees. Cut-off date for the special rate is August 16, 2000. Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in will be accommodated if suites are available. Guest Service will provide luggage storage.

The hotels are located 18 miles from the Orlando Airport, right in the heart of all the exciting things to do in Orlando. Free scheduled transportation is provided to Walt Disney World� which is located just 1.5 miles away.

Airport Information:
The Orlando International Airport is located about 18 miles from the hotels. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotels is available through Mears Transportation Service at a discounted rate of $24/person round trip, or $15/person one way. Follow the signs to the baggage area of the hotel and check-in at the Mears booth on the baggage claim level. Shuttles leave the airport every 20-25 minutes, 24 hours a day.
